These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cassette Club ("Service"), operated by Cassette Club ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Cassette Club is an AI-powered chatbot and stream analytics platform for Twitch streamers. It provides an AI chatbot that engages with viewers in chat, loyalty points tracking, sentiment analysis, clip detection, growth tips, and stream analytics. Streamers may subscribe on a monthly or annual basis, or purchase one-time boosts to enhance their stream experience.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 18.
You must connect a valid Twitch account via OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You may not share your account credentials with others or transfer your account to any third party.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis and are billed in US dollars via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other cards processed by Stripe.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month at the end of the current billing period unless cancelled.
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment covering twelve months of access. The full annual amount is charged at the start of each subscription year and renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. By purchasing an annual plan, you authorize us to charge the full annual price at the start of each subscription year.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.
We may offer a free trial period for paid subscription plans. Where a free trial is offered:

We may offer promotional codes ("promo codes") that provide discounts on subscriptions or other purchases. Promo codes are subject to the following conditions:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings or by contacting us at support@cassetteclubbot.com.
Monthly subscriptions: Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a monthly billing period.
Annual subscriptions: Upon cancellation of an annual subscription, your access remains active until the end of the current annual period. Prorated refunds for annual subscriptions may be issued within 14 days of the annual charge at our discretion. After 14 days, no refund will be issued for the remaining unused period. One-time boost purchases (Stream Boost, Talk to Bot, Event Blast) are non-refundable once activated. If a boost fails to activate due to a technical error on our part, contact us and we will make it right.

The Service uses AI technology provided by Anthropic. Your use of AI-powered features is subject to Anthropic's terms and policies. We are not responsible for AI-generated content but reserve the right to disable AI features for users who misuse them.
The Service integrates with Twitch via OAuth. Your use of Twitch features through the Service is also subject to Twitch's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cassette Club and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. We make no guarantees regarding stream growth, viewer engagement, or any other performance outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cassette Club's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. You agree to contact us at support@cassetteclubbot.com and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute before initiating any formal proceedings.
If informal negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Michigan, United States. You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. We agree to pay arbitration fees if they are deemed excessive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any litigation shall take place in Michigan.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
