Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

Cassette Club monthly subscription plans (Remix, Pro, Studio) renew automatically each month. When you cancel a monthly subscription:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of any monthly billing period

You may cancel at any time by visiting your account settings or by contacting us at support@cassetteclubbot.com.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription plans are billed as a single payment at the start of each subscription year. When you cancel an annual subscription:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current annual period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • Prorated refunds for annual subscriptions may be issued within 14 days of the annual charge, at our discretion
  • After 14 days from the annual charge date, no refund will be issued for the remaining unused period
  • To request a prorated refund on an annual plan, contact us at support@cassetteclubbot.com within 14 days of your charge

Free Trials

If you signed up using a free trial and were charged at the end of the trial period:

  • You may request a full refund within 48 hours of the first charge if you forgot to cancel before the trial ended, provided you have not made significant use of the paid features during that period
  • After 48 hours, the standard monthly or annual refund policy applies
  • To cancel a trial before being charged, visit your account settings before the trial end date

One-Time Boost Purchases

One-time boost purchases (Stream Boost, Talk to Bot, Event Blast) are non-refundable once activated. Because these boosts begin delivering value immediately upon activation, we are unable to offer refunds after use has begun.

If a boost fails to activate due to a technical error on our part, please contact us and we will make it right with either a replacement boost or a full refund.

Promotional Codes and Discounted Purchases

Purchases made using promotional codes or during sitewide sales are subject to the same refund policy as standard purchases. The discounted price paid is the basis for any refund calculation — we do not refund the difference between a promotional price and a standard price.

Exceptions

Refund requests outside of these policies may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • A verified billing error on our part
  • An extended service outage that prevented you from using the Service
  • Duplicate charges

To request a refund exception, contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@cassetteclubbot.com with your account details and a description of the issue.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@cassetteclubbot.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your Twitch username
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for your request

We respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
